Great Great Store

by dickjohn at Citysearch

I walked into this store and one of the employees greeted me. They are very frindly and very helpful. I bought my two sons both a higher end ak 47 and we have had them for over two months now and they are still performing very well. I would recommend this store to any of my good friends or family. The guys at Airsoft Tulsa & outdoor Sports LLC do a wonderful job.

WORST STORE IN THIS CITY!

by everydayconsumer at Citysearch

It upset my stomach to even have to rate them with a star, this would imply that they even deserved SOME credit. I purchased a $150.00 gun from this store on on december 26. The gun was inoperable by december 27. on the 28th we took it back for a refund. Turns out they do NOT do refunds period. The owner of the store said they could fix it, i allowed him to fix it. It became inoperable again on december 30th. I returned to their store on december 31. This time i DEMANDED a refund. The owner said "NO refunds" he also said "im the only one that can determine a defective product, i am the professional." BUYER BEWARE. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. Their better business bureau rating is an F. THE OWNER IS AN A$$HOLE, the DO NOT value your business. I charged my BROKEN gun back via my credit card and will notify the problem solvers at channel 2. Their INSANE business practices need to be stopped. -Will-

BAD

by airsofter98 at Citysearch

Ok i shall say they do have a BIG inventory of guns!BUT they are sooooooo rude and mean! I went in with my dad brothers and friend they were sooooo much in our business. they kept on following us around! It was really annoying! Plus when we wanted to look at a gun like my brother had said hey can i see a gun one of the workers in there helping him said "ur looking at it right now" that reaaaally made me mad. Plus at the end of it they tried pressure selling my dad . overall horrible store . Try Impact Tactical AIrsoft!!! they are sooooo much nicer!!!!!!

My favorite store

by hbgamer90 at Citysearch

My experiences with this awesome store were very good. Their customer service was impeccable , as soon as i walked in , the employees greeted me with a smile on their face. They were very informative and had a great selection. I bought a spring Desert Eagle .44 Magnum today and have yet to see any problems with it after heavy use.

Review ofTulsa Airsoft and outdoor sports

by KAACCT at Citysearch

My experiences with Tulsa Airsoft have been terrible. I have bought three guns from them and they all have had problems. The first one was an AK-47 that was 150$ and came with a Carrying bag instead of a box because of a "special". Soon after a bought the gun i noticed that pieces were broken off and it was falling apart within a few weeks of light use. The gun they sold me as new turned out to be used and the cost of a new one online was 105$. After about two years of light use it now shoots whenever it decides to when on safety and when i actually pull the trigger it has runaways (it keeps going when i stop shooting) and this is after two "repairs" from Tulsa Airsoft. The other had the sight broken when i took it out of the box. That night they did replace it, with a flash hider that did not have the required orange tip. The third still works fine but had scratches all over it. Now the part that I'm really disappointed with is when my friend first got into airsoft he went there and asked for an M4A1, he received a weapon that is worth about 130$ for 300$. He showed it to me and I noticed that the gun said Smith&Wesson, an M4 is Colt. The gun they sold him was an Ar15 with a Colt M4A1 manual. It also has stopped working after about a month of use. Their customer service is terrible and they treat you like an idiot, I went in asking for a certain type of shotgun and they pointed me towards a grenade launcher. Don't waste your time, shop online or other places near Tulsa and save yourself a few hundred bucks.

Absolutely the WORST business I've ever seen!

by YESman64 at Citysearch

I have been shopping at Airsoft Tulsa for less than a year, and I am already VERY disappointed with them. The men who work there, especially the man whom I believe is the owner, are all asinine. They act like you're stupid and have no common sense. Every gun I've bought from them has broken or had a defect. I have no doubt that during their spare time, they play around with the products and act irresponsibly with them, then sell them at ridiculous prices anyway. I have purchased six guns from them. Two broke within a week, one had a piece of metal snapped off of the mag, one had bad seals on the mag, one's stock wouldn't completely fold out, and one of them, a solid metal rifle, snapped in half when I picked it up once. This last one I mention, an SVD spring-action sniper rifle, was one I took up three weeks ago. They said they'd have it fixed by the following week. Three weeks later, they finally fix it. Then, the man whom I believe owns it lied about mentioning a charge to have it fixed. He said it was 'not under warranty.' I tried to find a copy of their warranty, but was unsuccessful in doing so. My friend bought a rifle from AirSplat for $65, then went to Airsoft Tulsa, where they had the exact same rifle for $130. We informed one employee today, after we paid him the price of $55 for the part which he never told us we would have to pay for, that we would never be returning to the store again, and his quote was, in front of at least an half-dozen customers, 'Fine. We don't want your business anyway.' We have now spent about $1000 with their store, and he gives us that. I am almost certain that this man whom we spoke with today, who shall remain nameless, is the owner. I am absolutely certain that I shall never set foot in that store again. Even the knife they sold me, a steel butterfly knife, was mildly defective, and had clearly been played with before. I hope the man is not under the impression that we will return. This is a stand to end his monopoly, and this is one customer who will not be sucked into it. I might also note that their BBB (Better Business Bureau) Rating is an F. They are not a BBB Accredited Business, and I doubt their store is even legal. The idiots who work there are certainly suspicious, and I do not feel comfortable being around them. I hope their business suffers severely. I am going to file a complaint with the BBB myself, as I do not see in them good business at all.

The Best Airsoft Shop in Oklahoma

by Airsoft Fighter at Citysearch

My buddy, my two young sons and myself just left your store (Thursday, 2/18, apprx. 5:30) and was EXTREMELY impressed with your associates. I am a novice in airsoft, just playing about three times to date, but am looking forward to my future in this wonderful sport. Because of my ignorance, I had a lot of questions, along with my friend that met me at your establishment. You either have very educated, experienced and enthusiastic airsoftmen (don't know the term to use) or guys that just know how to put on a good show and looking for two idiots to spend a bunch of money. I would bet anybody a hundred bucks that the first is more accurate than the latter. I look forward to spending some hard earned money at your establishment along with joining your crew at your fields. I went there looking for answers and left with that and so much more. I appreciate your associates and your easy-to-find location. I am writing this in hope that your two courteous associates will get recognized for a job well done. I would have to say that my "stopping in" was a very pleasant experience, and my future purchases will be at your establishment instead of the numerous sites that I have already researched online.

Thank you

  • Pros: friendly service, nice selection, great knowledge
  • Cons: they need have a CQB field for kids under 14

Fine Service at the Local Airsoft Store

by WW2 Dogface at Citysearch

I went over to Airsoft Tulsa Last Saturday (I don't make it over there very often) to get some BBs, and asked about an extra mag for my KJW M1911A1 (which is a very nice pistol) and Johnny only had the CO2 version. He did show me a bayonet (for my M1 garand) that I thought about for several days and decided to buy. I went back on Thursday (five days later) and he had two 1911 mags he special ordered just in case I (or someone else) would need them. I bought them both. This is just one example of courteous and superb service that the local airsoft store can provide. By the way, his prices were the same or lower than I would have paid to mail order, and I would have waited for a week or two to receive them.

  • Pros: Very good business
  • Cons: Costs money
