don't know what happened but it is way better then 07. I dont know about the other reviewers but i know since i have moved in her 2011 it has been great. they come within a day or so of for maintance issues. As well as they spray every month for bugs now. they are still slow to answer the phone sometimes but they always call ya back in the same day. I know they have a change in managers. so maybe that is what is different but its alot better then some around here.…
Just disgusting.
I agree with the first review.
My husband and I are still living at Alexis Park and big insects are here roommates.
They don't take care of their apartments and if they spray for insects you just get more.
They also just allow cats here but every other apartment has a dog.
I think they actually just care about the people who live here longer than just 6 or 12 month.
If you care where you live, don't move in here. Its a waste of money.…
Irresponsible Rental Office. The rental office doesnt always answer the phone call. If you leave a message on the answering machine, they dont return calls if that are related to moving out or maintenance issues. There are a lot of dog poops everywhere you walk. Insects, spiders, and flies are your roommates.…
