DO NOT USE!!!!!!!. I would never go back to State Farm due to my horrible experience with Eldona Wicks and her staff. My sister was in a wreck and on my policy and they were completely hands off and refused to help us regarding the accident. This is the first insurance company that I have used that has done this. This is why you have insurance in the first place!!! That is just one of the many problems I have had with this branch. The staff is not trained to answer simple questions regarding their insurance policies. They lied to me regarding talking to the underwriters above them. Christine one of there employees told me I could not talk to them and I had to jump through hoops to finally get answers to my questions. Horrible customer service, uneducated and unhelpful staff, and dealing with them is nothing but a headache. Due to the problems I had, they not only lost my business but my families as well. (3 other accounts) THEY ARE A HORRIBLE BRANCH OF STATE FARM!!!! Save yourself a headache and go anywhere else. Its required that you give a star rating - It would of been negative if I had that option.
