if i could make less then 1 star i would. well, I bought a Samsung SS French door refrigerator several months ago but did not take delivery until June 5th. So we decided about a week before delivery to stop by Hahn and check just to make sure everything was in line, which they stated it was. I asked the lady behind the counter to SHOW me the model that we had ordered ( I don’t know why I asked this question but I did, I just had something in me that told me to) thank God I did because they showed me the wrong model. we corrected the problem got the right one ordered and realized that it was an honest mistake so we moved on with our lives. We were very excited about the refrigerator and we have wanted one for some time. But we were waiting until we moved to spend that kind of cash. So finally the day comes and it is delivered. Beautiful, looks great in our new house. Within a week the ice dispenser on the front of the refrigerator had lights going out, which is no big deal but you need the lights to tell you if you are getting ice or water or crushed ice. I have 2 young kids so this has been just a little irritating. we called and they said they would send a technician out. So after getting schedules put together we had the technician come out. He showed up and said "I can’t fix this, I need to order a part for this" He said it would take a week. So ok fine... understandable... 1 week goes by... and no response from Hahn. So my wife calls and they tell her it will be another week. Ok that is fine..... 1 week goes by and no calls from anyone.. so we call and they said it is on backorder. Ok ... I guess that is understandable, I wish someone would have told us this but ok. they said it will be in by first of July. So first of July comes along and no one calls, as usual, so we call and ask them and they said yes the part is in and will ship out should take about a week. Now I am feeling a little irritated, because on the ice dispenser you have to click on it for water or ice and you can’t read it because the light is out. Plus I just spent 2800 on a refrigerator that doesn’t work. So ok water under the bridge... a week goes by and guess what!! I have to call because they could care less about my business, I am not important at all to them. So also guess what they tell me? OOOOH that part is not in ... they need to order a different part it will be July 31st before it is in. so 2 months into this and my refrigerator does not work and they could care less about me as a customer. I used Hahn because I saw their commercial and thought I should try them out, I wish I would have just used someone else. Hahn does not care about the customer and I believe they are just like all the other dirt bag companies out there. people need to learn especially in this day with this kind of economy you are actually going to need the customer one day. We are going to have a choice again and if you dont care about the customer you are going to go out of business. Hahn, you lost me forever, one less customer so I hope you get your act together and survive this economy because if you treat everyone like you did us, you will be gone.
