STOLE MY MONEY!!. I paid $1400 for equipment that did not get installed in my car and now the store manager, Charles and owner, Rob,refuse to give me my money back or put the equipment in my car!!! I paid them upfront like i was suppose to and because they have receipt of payment they are telling me I already got my stuff. I am going to the BBB and getting my attorney involved now. THIS IS HORRIBLE BUSINESS!!!!!

Amazing job on my car. Rob's service is second to none.. Car Toys did an amazing job on my car. I had a few problems with the custom stereo they installed. Sounded great, just had a few cosmetic issues probably caused by one single lazy installer, which I know is no longer there. In all honesty, I left bad reviews for Car Toys and was ready to take my business elsewhere. But Rob Rice (the owner) contacted me and worked with me to fix the issues and has completely changed my mind about Car Toys and their service. Rob is definitely a genuine guy who does cares a great deal about his customers, his crew, and the service they provide. So far they have installed a custom stereo including 4 kenwood 10'' subs, 3 kenwood amps, full dynamat, full neon kit, and now I couldn't be happier with all of it and I'm sure were not done yet. I have already dropped my 4x4 off to be worked on.

Terrible Service & Knowledge. I had purchased from Car Toys an Audio cable to connect my iPhone into my Toyota Sequoia In dash NAV Stereo. They told me it would work easily. I had specifically asked them to hook it up & make sure it works before drilling a hole in my console.After spending 3 hours there, they said it was ready. When I tested it, it didn't work right at all. You could only play the songs in alphabetical order with no control of what order or knowing what was going to playing next. Then they were upset that I wanted my money back.! Now I have a hole in my dash.

They finally removed the cable and after I left, I realized my radio no longer worked at all! So I had to go back again to have them fix that. These people didn't have a clue about what audio cable should work in my vehicle or how to properly hook it up.

Just as importantly, they acted arrogant and had about the poorest Customer Service I've ever experienced.

I would like to rate them a Minus 1 Star if possible.

bad tint job. I had my car tinted by Car Toys and they couldn't get it done right even the second time, there are still bubbles after it was redone almost 3 weeks. They don't take good care of your vehicle; you would think the business is to increase the value of your car, not to decrease it, but yet they did it to my vehicle. The glue was everywhere in the inside, the door frame got melted by the heatgun, etc...I'm very upset. I would not recommend anyone to take their vehicles there for window tinting.
