incompetent Wedding Registry Service. A close family friend registered at the store for china and crystal - the store never had the china, very little of the crystal. The orders were a total chaos - they could not figure out who ordered what!! NEVER order from Nielson's on the internet - they do not track orders or fill them in a timely fashion. The whole experience was a total disaster!!!
