The BEST in Tulsa!. Facchianos is THE best! The girls were all so helpful and definately know their stuff! I think I asked atleast 101 questions and got 101 answers, which I can't say for a lot of the other stores I visited. I have been back in the store a lot since I purchased my gown, to order bridesmaids, flower girls and tuxedos, and they are always just as helpful as the first time! When I purchased my dress I was a size 12, I then lost 30 lbs and they altered my dress down to a size 2 and you couldn't even tell that I didn't order it that way! It was flawless!! I got so many compliments on my dress the day of my wedding! I would highly recommend Facchianos to everyone I know! Don't waste your time anywhere else!!!

Great Place to find a wedding gown. Facchianos has a great package that they give you that lets you have gift certificates to over a dozen premier wedding vendors to save you lots of money on your wedding planning

Pushy and dishonest. These ladies were pushy salespeople. They overcharge on their wedding gowns compared to other stores in town. And they charge extra for the simplest things that other stores in town would normally do as a courtesy for buying a dress, such as provide a garment bag, steam and/or press the dress, and sometimes even bustle. They won't tell you this up front, but if you ask them, they will tell you that nothing is included. They are hoping that you do not realize that until the end that you end up paying twice the amount with the price of the dress plus the extras that they tack on if you simply want your dress to be in presentable condition.

This poster is lying, she is a competitor that said this to brides of ours. Facchianos is rated "A" on the BBB website and we DO STEAM gowns. We also put the gown in a long bag not to wrinkle the train, we walk it to brides cars to help them not wrinkle. This poster has also put this statement on other sites under different names, so Facchianos knows she is not a bride. We are sure once any bride visits our store they will realize how wonderful we are, and not believe this rubbish.
