Since 1976, this casual family-dining restaurant has been serving a variety of American favorites in a relaxed Irish-pub-style atmosphere. Appetizers include the Irish Haystack (battered and fried red onions), calamari, wings and Caribbean crab cakes. The Big Irish burger is a one-pound, double-decker affair with two grilled patties and American cheese. Other entrees include sirloin and rib eye steaks, baby back ribs, chicken fajitas, fish-and-chips, grilled Atlantic salmon and full-portion salads.

Worst Restaurant Ever!!. My boyfriend and I arrived at Bennigan's after a looong day. We just wanted some decent hot food. Instead we had really lousy service, a long wait, and lukewarm food. The restaurant was empty, so we figured at least the food should be quick. Nope! We had to wait over an hour. I ordered a pasta and when I bit into the first bite I almost threw up. It was disgusting tasting and lukewarm. Our waiter had been hovering around, so I called him over and told him that the pasta wasn't warm. He said, "Yeah, I left your food waiting there a long time so I figured you might not like it." My boyfriend's food was also lukewarm. I sent my food back and didn't eat anything else. My boyfriend ate his food, but he regretted it!! Overall, worst food experience EVER!!
