I took my camera in and was told a repair would take 3 days. Well it has been 28 days, and my camera is still not fixed. I wanted to just pick it up and take it somewhere else, but they want to charge me for the parts they say they ordered 28 days ago. I will not do buisness here again.
I was up at Grand Lake for several days, which is 3 hours from where I live. While there, I damaged the pins in my flash card housing. I got online and found this place. I also called Bakers Photo and Video, Yukon, where I buy a lot of equipment and they let them know that this is where they'd recommend for repairs. I called that morning, explained the situation and my willingness to make a 3-hour round trip into Tulsa "if" they could fix it. They said they probably could. I arrived around 11:30-noon. At 2 p.m. they called to say it was done. I could not have been happier! Great and fast service. I will use them the next time I need repairs. When I arrived, they were also repairing some equipment for Bakers.

Great job,you will see me again. i took 2 cameras in to have fixed and they fixed one on the spot, the other took 24 hrs as they had to replace parts, they were both fast and resonalble. i will take all my repairs there.

I took my digital camera in Tuesday afternoon, and they checked the camera and gave me the price for the repair. I was told it would be 2 or 3 days, and that they would call me, when the camera would be ready. After only 2 days I got the call and was able to get the camera. My son had recommended Tulsa Camera Repair to me, he had his camera repaired there late last year, and he also was pleased with the service.

terrible service!! do not use!!. we have a canon xl1 video camera that we dropped off for repairs over 3 weeks ago. i am leaving after i write this review to pick it up because in all this time they STILL have not even looked at it! I was told when i dropped it off we would recieve a call that evening to let us know what the problem was with it, and never recieved one. i called them 4 days later and they said it normally takes 7-10 days to repair. I waited 3 weeks and no one ever called me. I called yesterday and they said they were going to get to it that day. I called again today and they still havent done anything with it. I asked if this was normal business for them and they said that it is not, but they just couldn't get to it yet....WOW!!! I would have at least expected a call to let me know that it would take this long, but no...now i'll have to take it to someone else to fix and i'm out a month with nothing done... DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!! NO RESPECT WHATSOEVER AND DID NOT EVEN FEEL BAD ABOUT HOW THEY HAVE TREATED ME AS A CUSTOMER!!!!!
