Horrible customer service (by the owner himself)

I was told by an associate that I was an idiot for buying tires online and that would not mount and balance the tires I purchased because they were not bought at their store. Randy Hauck was told of the situation and laughed and hung up the phone on me.
Very rude way to do business, would not recommend.

- Cons: Rude and demeaning staff
Worst tire center in Tulsa..would not recommend
by Personally at Citysearch
I had went for a regular tire rotation (which was kinda pricey), after I left the store and was getting on the interstate I heard a loud thud. My two rear tires had come completely off, causing my car to slam on the street. I was forced to call a tow truck to get my car back to their store. When I returned with my car I told the original salesman who helped what happened. He laughed at me and then walked off to get the manager. Randy Hauck came out and I told him the same thing. He said that once it leaves the store they are not responsible for it anymore. The downright rudeness of his demeanor and attitude was horrible.
Randy and his crew know they were in the wrong by neglecting to check their work, but still refused to help me and told me to leave their tire center.
Stay away from these crooks.
This incident which originally was a simple tire rotation, turned into an $1800 repair due to their neglect. Repairs which I have still not been compensated for
- Pros: None
- Cons: The owner/manager
