run away!!.
Wow what a big disappointment!! I was told this was the best Japanese steakhouse in Tulsa…people you are sadly misinformed. First off they have no sushi. I was shocked. I have never been to a Japanese steakhouse that did not have sushi. Secondly the cook (I refuse to use the word chef here) had the enthusiasm of a grazing cow. We had more fun watching the cook two tables over. As did the rest of the restaurant because that guy was the only one enjoying his job. I looked around the place and it was flat. Nobody was having the fun I remember having at the last steakhouse I went to. The waitress was a twit…throwing and spilling everything. And when I told the manager how disappointed I was and how I thought the whole point of the place was to be exciting he had a deer in the headlights look and mumbled an apology. So you can read below how romantic and fun this place is but on 4/3/2009 it was terrible. Try a different place. And good luck.

Best Japanese steakhouse.
I have been all over trying to find a Japanese steakhouse that will compare with Shogun. Unfortunately, I have found nothing with as much flavor, entertainment, and atmosphere. The shrimp are to die for. If you are a seafood lover, I highly recommend the filet of sole and scallops. I try to go to Shogun at least once every two weeks-thats how much I love it! Everything is reasonably priced and its definitely the best!

Exciting Adventure.
This resturant provides entertainment and excellent food. The chef prepares the dinner right in front of your eyes. Tricks like a volcano of onion and the massive fire on the shrimp really makes for an exciting evening. Tastes so great it is worth every cent.
