Shogun Steak House

run away!!. Wow what a big disappointment!! I was told this was the best Japanese steakhouse in Tulsa…people you are sadly misinformed. First off they have no sushi. I was shocked. I have never been to a Japanese steakhouse that did not have sushi. Secondly the cook (I refuse to use the word chef here) had the enthusiasm of a grazing cow. We had more fun watching the cook two tables over. As did the rest of the restaurant because that guy was the only one enjoying his job. I looked around the place and it was flat. Nobody was having the fun I remember having at the last steakhouse I went to. The waitress was a twit…throwing and spilling everything. And when I told the manager how disappointed I was and how I thought the whole point of the place was to be exciting he had a deer in the headlights look and mumbled an apology. Best Japanese steakhouse. I have been all over trying to find a Japanese steakhouse that will compare with Shogun. Unfortunately, I have found nothing with as much flavor, entertainment, and atmosphere. The shrimp are to die for. If you are a seafood lover, I highly recommend the filet of sole and scallops. I try to go to Shogun at least once every two weeks-thats how much I love it! Everything is reasonably priced and its definitely the best!…
