Beautiful Dresses! Very Accommodating!. I stopped by this store with my best friend while killing time for another appointment at a different store. I didn't have an appointment but the ladies were gracious and very willing to help me. The sales lady that helped me knew exactly what I was looking for after I described to her what I liked and my price range. Everything she pulled for me was something I would consider wearing. All the dresses were beautiful, even the ones that were not exactly my style. Even though I tried on dresses in the morning they kept the store open a little late that evening so my mom could come see the dress I loved after work.

For a small store they have a very good selection of designers and dresses. The quality doesn't even compare to the big box dress places in town.

There was a mix up when I first went to pick up my dress. The store called and said my dress was in. I thought that was odd because it was only a month after I ordered it. I went to the store and they had accidentally called me because a new sample dress in my style (but not size) was ordered. A store worker thought it was mine. They called the company in front of me to confirm that my dress was in fact ordered and even called me months later to inform me that it had shipped.

I would not recommend that you take a lot of people with you dress shopping at this store. It is smaller but packed with dresses for selection. So the big bridal parties and kids are best left at home. I do recommend that all brides try this store!

Horrible Customer Service. I had a good experience picking out my dress and at the initial fitting. The ladies were very helpful. My trouble came when I returned for my dress after it had been altered. At first, they could not find my dress and told me to give them an hour to locate it. After an hour, they found it and scheduled a time for the following day for me to try it on. The alterations were done COMPLETELY wrong. Instead of putting in darts, it was taken in 2 inches on both sides!! When I pointed this out, the lady denied it and basically called me a liar. They agreed to fix the alterations and when I came back for a third time, she claimed that she lost 3 sales in the time that it took to work on my dress. Excuse me, but if the alterations would have been done correctly in the first place, we both would have been happy. She then proceeded to tell me that a woman with a large chest like mine should never get a dress like that. Where was that advice when I was trying on the dress!?! If you can't make the alterations you promised to make, then don't sell someone a particular dress! This place is fine to buy a dress, but you definitely want to take it someplace else to have it altered.

Horrible Attitude and Customer Service. When we first arrived, the younger lady seemed eager to help. However, do not take a child in there. My son was with me and was behaving fine. He was walking on the runway, when the older woman with the accent grabbed him by his sleeve and dragged him to us asking "Does THIS belong to you?" Then she followed he and I around the store while I let him look at things and told me "You need to watch him" I WAS ON HIS HEELS, WHAT MORE DOES THIS LADY WANT? Instead of helping us with dresses, they hid in the backroom and ignored us the remainder of the time. While we did find what we were looking for, on our own, we will be ordering elsewhere. They lost out on a huge sale.
