Wonderful. One thing I loved about taking my car in to the Saturn dealer for maintenance was having it washed and vaccumed as a part of the service. South Pointe has continued the washing service but not the vacuuming. I really wish they would add this to their routine. It is wonderful--and I believe would bring real satisfaction to their customers (as it alway did for me at the Saturn dealership).Thanks for timely service this time.

Great overall. My overall experience was great. Whenever the salesman brought me my payment quote I did ask what interest rate would be. He was unable to answer my question. I would prefer to know what my rate is. Interest rates directly affect my payment and let me know how good of a "deal" I`m getting.

10 year customer. Will cotinue to be. Mike and Southpointe always do an excellent job. I have been coming there for vehicle repairs for 10 years and will cotinue to do so. Great Job!

Good experience. My experience is brief... but the service seems to be real good. I have my suburban and tahoe oil changed and tires rotated from you... and Mike Rener does a great job getting me taken care of.

Reasonable. I felt my first visit to your service department for an oil change and tire rotation went well and was reasonably priced. I will most certainly return with my `09 Saturn for any needed work in the future.
