Not a customer friendly space. Was in recently with wife to look for a handgun for her. I am not really super knowledgeable so I requested some advice. Request was basically met with a blank stare.

Business in this industry is good, very good which is fortunate for these people because they could not get there on personality or service.

Wow, they really stink at customer service.. I USED to purchase all my reloading supplies and ammo there. I called for availability and pricing on a magazine, drove the 20+ miles, to be told "I will not sell you the magazine because you are not purchasing a firearm from me" . I am no longer or will ever be a customer again.

I am not sure if they were wanting me to offer more than than the inflated $69.99 they quoted me over the phone (when the MSRP $44.95) or if they are just confused idiots.
