Albert G?s Barbeque Tulsa - From the Tulsafoodblog
by Tulsafoodblog at Citysearch
When you pull up to Albert G?s barbeque, you realize it?s an old gas station renovated into a barbeque joint. But once you walk in, smell the aroma, and experience the customer service, you know it?s going to be good.
I thought the food was fantastic; with a variety of different meat and side options, you can eat it there or take it to go. I normally take it to go, but regardless, it?s barbeque that has the upper hand on other barbeque vendors.
Just imagine, melt in your mouth smoked meats with a light tangy barbeque sauce aside coleslaw, baked beans and your favorite beverage. It?s a complete meal, and well worth the money!

This is actually 3 blocks from my house. It is an old gas station converted into a BBQ joint. For me, the best part is the smoking they do all day can waft and make the area smell ?‎
Enjoy

Best Ribs in town
by aaront31 at Citysearch
As a long time lover of good BBQ, I can honestly say this is one of the best BBQ restaurants in Tulsa. Overall, the quality of this restaurant is excellent, with their ribs being consistently being some of the best ribs around. Their Tabouli, when fixed right, is out of this world. From time to time their quality slips, but I've eaten here upwards of 100 times now and generally speaking this place is very good.
The decor has been recently updated to move the place out of the stone ages and give it a better look and feel, fitting a real restaurant and not the 50s gas station that was the building's original purpose. While the decor still reflects this heritage, the fixtures, furniture, and surroundings are vastly improved.
If you're looking for the best BBQ place in Tulsa, look no further.
- Pros: Great food, good atmosphere
- Cons: Quality isn't 100%
