THE MANAGER OF THIS CAR LOT SCREAMED AT ME AND CALLED ME A F*ING B*TCH JUST BECAUSE I CALLED TO FIND OUT WHO WAS USING MY IDENTITY TO GET FINANCING THRU THEM AND THEIR FINANCE COMPANY, DEALER FUNDING, INC. THEY OBVIOUSLY ARE NOT VERIFYING CUSTOMER'S INFORMATION BEFORE SELLING THEM A JUNK CAR (ACCORDING TO ALL REVIEWS I HAVE READ). I WILL BE REPORTING TO THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES AND THE BBB AS WELL AS POSTING THIS REVIEW EVERYWHERE I CAN!!!
I bought a car from these people at the broken arrow location on 11/10/12. Now granted they did work well with me to get in to the car that is where the positives stop.
Once I got the car (which we test drove, had diagnostics preformed on it) we were promised by Robert the store manager at that time, that the engine was brand new with a 90 day warranty (which later he magically could not find), and that the heater would be fixed and that we would get a radio. The engine developed a knocking sound, we had no heater, the left front end was about to give way. 2 days after buying the car it broke down, robert had to bring us oil on the side of the road (now keep in mind they filled the oil prior to us puling off the lot, and there was no leak) at that time he told my husband there was nothing he could do. After complaining that this had happened and that robert was drinking beer on the lot at the time of the purchase, robert suddenly was moved to the Grove location.
James (who we had been dealing with for 9 months trying to get money up to get a car and asking alot of questions) was moved to this store. I proceeded to tell James everything that was wrong...he said bring it and and I will look at it, sent his mechanic that is there to go for test drive, the man came back in said car is not running right is dangerous Robert (the former manager) promised these people the moon. 2 days after that car broke down again, we were told that they would only look at it that day and that we would not be given a loaner, and major repairs would not be done.
I called James and told him that due to the issues and the cost of the repairs that they did not honor and the safty issue with my truck I did not feel safe putting my children into the car. I told him I would be returning the keys and truck. At that point James threatened to garnish my wages, then hung up on me when I tried to discuss things with him THEN called and told my husband that I was threatening him and his family....NOW.....I am not an unresonable person but I will never do business with these people, nor recommend them in fact I say run far far far away. The cars are lemons that James stated "we sell them til the wheels fall off".
The kicker, the day after the vehicle is returned (engine knocking, front driver side hub assembly about to fall off, right brakes not catching so the car won't stop, back door that pops open) they had the car on the lot the next day with a flag out for sale......
I needed a newer car because mine was falling apart. i heard about CREDIT WORLD from the internet, i filled out the form online for $500 off coupon. entered my name, email address and number. With in 20 min a friendly man by the name James called. He was extremely nice and answered all my questions and concerns. I told him my CREDIT was poor due to bad choices as a minor,he told me no problem, and told the the required documents to bring for quick finance... I arrived at CREDIT WORLD at 8102 east 11th street at 130pm and was driving my new ride home in less than an hour. Thanks James for all your help the team at CREDIT WORLD AUTO SALES is Great i will recommend them to EVERYONE thanks for helping me out you guys are incredible.....
Poor Customer Service James! – I filled out the "contact us" page in home to get some information about purchasing a car through this dealership.
I was contacted that day by a man named James. When I asked how much a down payment typically is I got less than a desirable reply. He was very vague and not too enthused to speak with me. He told me what to bring in in a less than friendly way. I thanked him and that was it.
3-4 days later I received a repeat phone call from him. I explained that I had spoke to him a few days before, despite him forgetting. I felt like I insulted his intelligence by acknowledging that we did speak before in a polite way. I also said I had filled out the info bc I was wanting to know typically how much a down payment was and that he was a little vague before.
Basically he asked if I was serious about buying a car. I said yes I have two payments left on my car and that I am serious. He pretty much kept on pushing the idea that I need to schedule a day to come in. I explained I worked a lot of hours as a RN and that I have a busy schedule. I couldn't commit but when I get free time I'd swing by.
Obviously this wasn't good enough for James and he told me he'd take me off the books so they won't bother me anymore. Also he had a word of advice that I should be careful how I "play on the internet"
I agreed. I was serious about buying a car and since my credit is crap from my ignorance as a teen I was interested in this dealership.
Im not a child. I do not "play" on the internet, especially when it comes to something like this. Credit world auto sales will not receive my business and it is probably in their best interest to find a better front person for their business. Sorry James, you are not polite, enthusiastic, or the least bit friendly.
They got it done! – Heard their cute ads on khits! visited their website, they got back with me the same day! I was able to find them easily on the corner of 11th and memorial, and the salesman was very friendly and curtious. He customized a payment plan to fit my needs. I love my honda, and haven't had any problems with it!
