Horrible Service, Horrible Shop. I liked the looks of this shop but don't let them deceive you. The mechanics in this shop are miserable at what they do. I brought a Madone 5.2 in for a tune-up, first off they are $70 which is steep for a basic tune but on top of that, they barely did anything to the bike. I got it back and it was barely any better than when I first brought it in. I brought it back and told them they needed to try tuning it again and I got it back and it was still not tuned. I couldn't believe it! I called the manager and he asked if I wanted them to take a third look at the bike?! Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. Use Midtown Bicycles instead.
