Best sushi in Tulsa. I would recomend visiting the 61st and Sheridan location as well for a great view of the whole city. In the Raw has the best crab cakes i have had anywhere. Also try some of their signature rolls, I haven't been disappointed with any of the rolls i have ever had there.

Good Sushi, NOT a good value. As one of the few Sushi restaurants in Tulsa, you are faily limited in the places in town that you can find good sushi. The food at ITR is always high quality, however, the service is consistently slow and the prices are what you would expect to pay in San Francisco, LA, or New York, not Tulsa, OK.

Slow Service but Good Sushi. Great for an after-work happy hour. Great sushi. Slow service. I went with a couple friends at 7 on a Thursday night. It took about an hour to get our sushi, after we were seated. If you want the sushi-dining experience, I recommend going on a Mon, Tues, or Wed night.

Pay for the trendiness, not the food. We went to this restaurant for lunch. Their lunch special consisted of a few pieces of various rolls that equaled about one regular roll and cost over $12.00. The rolls were dry, like they had been made up for some time, and the fish was not shiny and was seperating. The atmosphere was clubish and quite trendy, which was a plus, as is the view, but the service was poor. The wait staff was rude, even haughty. I was incredibly dissapointed.

Whoa! That Cost What??. This was my first time for sushi, and I really enjoyed all of the rolls I tasted. Those chefs are very creative with the mix of ingredients. I thought that it was overpriced for the product (I mean, it's RAW fish...they don't have to buy oil, cooking pans, pay for electricity for the stoves...come on!) and our waiter was anything but friendly. Maybe I'm the only one, but if a group is shelling out more than $400 on a dinner, you shouldn't try to rush them out of there. I constantly felt like I was being forced to rapidly inhale whatever I could before the waiter took it away. I go to restaurants to enjoy food AND company...not just to sit over a plate of fish wrapped in rice and snarf them as fast as I can grab them with my chopsticks.

RAW FISH. If your a sushi lover you'll love this place. The center of the resturant is filled with an large rectangular sushi bar. There is also regular seating all around the resturant. This place has a great bar area to get drinks and you can sit or wait outside. High class atmosphere makes for a fun time. If your in a rush make reservations, the place isn't very large. If you have the time go ahead and hang out at the bar, it's a great time.
