Poor Customer Service.. Been banking with them for years (until Monday), and I have a few complaints. Odd rules with online banking that can cause you to bounce... several times (even if you have a written register). Things come in at weird times, deposits don't always register, the online register is not always correct, and it is an accident waiting to happen. When it does happen, their customer service is atrocious. The are rude, could care less if it is an error on their end, and seem as if they don't want to be there.

The pros are the hours are probably the best in town for those that work odd hours, and their tellers are nice.

Another somewhat pro is their low NSF fees, but be careful because they compound quickly (for EVERY transaction below 0).

...Especially when it is an error on their part and it puts all of your funds out of whack, as this has happened twice to me now.

Friendly service, great hours!. We love Arvest, and this location is great. They've been so helpful with both our business and checking accounts. Having a bank that's open till 8:00 is just fantastic.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU WONT BE HAPPY!. After banking with Arvest in Tulsa for 15 years, I called it quits. After opening a business account 3 years ago it has been a nightmare since. Every time I visited the bank I was asked if I wanted to convert my savings to a money market account, even after stating several times to quit asking. Then one day while checking my online banking, my savings account was gone and it had been converted to a money market account! No authorization, no signature, nothing! I immediately demanded to have this account reinstated as before.

About 2 years ago I had trouble with my online banking logging out after only a few minutes. I was told this was my computers fault. I explained that I tried 3 different computers all with different ip addresses and still had the same problems. I was told to deal with it by a very rude lady and that it is not their proplem. (It seems to have mysteriously corrected itself the following day)

Well, the money market situation did not go away. I was not paid interest on my savings for the last 2 years because the account was not reopened but was still active. I was told they will only go back 6 months of interest credit but will do me a "favor" since it was my fault for not catching their mistake and credit my account for 1 year . I pulled all my accounts (All which had large amounts of money) immediately. I had business checking, personal checking, 2 savings accounts, a merchant account and was set up as a vendor to give my customers bank loans. They lost accounts worth tens of thousands of dollors over just a few dollors of refused interest payments. The interest money was not that important to me as the lack of concern they had to loose my business. Do you want to do business with an institution with such poor customer service and lack of concern for their customers? It's your call. I now bank at American Heritage and feel valued as a customer.

Dont waste your time. Dont waste your time very unfriendly..Very unprofessional .. Could not get them to call me back. Called the person I was dealing with several time and left messages and recieved no return phone call... At one point the person I was dealing with told me that he was too busy to answer my questions or take any of the information I had to jump through hoops to get... Will not be recieveing a reccomendation from me...
