Good Experience. Donna Potter has been our family insurance agent for many years. She first covered our home, later we switched our cars over to her and saved on that. When we had rental property she covered that also. We have never had an over charge or problem only a good experience.

Thiefs. They overcharged me for a vehicle I was test driving and had insurance on for only four days. Not only did they more than double the charge I was told would be coming from my bank account, but they also admitting took it early, which caused me overdraft fees. They paid the fees, since it was their fault, and called it a refund. I have yet to see the actual refund for the double charge. Incompetent, inept, unethical, unscrupulous, Donna Potter!!
