Some good services, not-so good customer serivce.. The salon?s services are standard fare: hair care, nails, waxing, etc.

Hair care: They do a good job here. It?s fairly easy to get an appointment and I?ve had a good experience with them as far as hair cuts, colors, and styling.

Nails: I went in for a spa pedicure and they put me in a chair, warning me to keep my foot towards the back of the foot bath since the guard on the basin was broken off and I might get cut. Their two chairs are in a tiny, curtained-off area of the lobby. It felt cramped and not at all relaxing. I ended up with a nail fungus from the gel nails I had put on.

Waxing: I had a good experience with this, but I had to see a different person almost every time I went in and it?s very hard to get an appointment.

I gave them only two stars overall because of the somewhat nasty customer service. If you call and get their message system, good luck on getting a callback if you leave a message for a specific department. And whatever you do, don?t irk the receptionist.

(Example: I had left two messages over the course of a several days with their esthetician about an appointment and never heard back. I had called the main number and, gotten their answering service, and had followed the voice prompts to leave the messages with her. When I called a third time, later, I got a live person. The receptionist was very abrupt and callous, basically blamed me for not receiving a callback, saying only the front desk messages are checked daily and I should have left my message there. When I said I would take my business elsewhere, she hung up on me.)
