Exceptional. Dale & Lees have taken care of our needs for over thirty years. For my recent purchases of a new furnace and A/C system I didn't call anyone else for quotes because I wanted this company to do it. I have always been able to rely on them and they've always been there for me when I've needed them.

Delighted. I called Monday for repairs and was delighted to get same day service. The repairman had the needed part on his truck which was very convenient and time saving. Even better, after the job was completed he made a special trip back to double check that he had taken care of a certain detail which shows me he truly cares about his work and it's not just another job to him.

Love my Lennox. My Lennox works so well! Compared to the old one it's so much quieter and moves the air around so much better. I'm very pleased with your workers too. They did a great job.

thanks. This company was good to deal with and sent over a great technician named Nick. He fixed my unit fast and efficiently and explained what the problem was afterword. Great customer service.
