Why I left

I was a patient in this practice since 1969. However, in 1997 the office manager was turning my account over to collections for a late fee that occurred because their staff did not file with my insurance carrier in a timely manner.
I did recently have to take my grandson there on a Sunday due to the Minor Emergency benefit. Child was running high fever and not feeling well and the waiting room wait was over 30 minutes.
- Pros: Great doctors
- Cons: Terrible office staff
Nice Doctors, Bad Office

The doctor was good, but not good enough to wait on the phone forever just to make an appointment, then to come in and wait over an hour to be seen. Then the front staff seemed to care less and very rude and even said they couldn't find my chart and that's what was taking so long.
For the wait and inexperience and rudeness of the staff it's just not worth it.

After talking with the staff I found out the practice is in serious financial problems due to the office manager not paying bills on time and hiring inexperienced staff. This office manager is also lacking in training and does not know how to perform all the jobs in the office. I was shocked and amazed how loose lipped the unprofessional staff is at this practice.
