rude very rude employees. I have been coming to this store ,for long while now.I got a pair of earphone and i also got the protection plan.They broke took them back i did get new pair,went back one side on the new pair did not work. the employee tells me he gave me a new one and that took care of the plan , this was fine until he started saying this has not happen to him before turn around walked away from me mumbling people try to con them.I am 53 year old never con anyone, i would have bought a new pair.Now i will never walk in that store again. so watch out if you return something back there.

Customers Beware. This radio shack is probably has the lazyiest employees available on the market. When you go to get something from there, they seem to send you off to other places to get help with merchandise. Like for example, my wife went and bought me a cell phone thru att from their store. They simple just had to go to my old phone and copy/ paste the phone numbers on the sim card and then put the sim card into my new and copy from the card to the new phone. Instead they send me on a wild goose chase to find other REAL ATT stores to do this little trick. This is all capable of being done straight from the phone. Nothing magical. If they had at least half or more training on how to select all contacts and paste them then they would be real sales associates that knew what they were selling to customers. When it requires a 13 yr old kid to do exactly what i needed done who doesnt work for them, there has to be a problem with the hiring/training of such employees. DONT go to this location, I found the same phone later at cheaper location. The employees seem to know the phones and services better. Plus you don't have to add any data packages to get a discount on the phone.
