My experience with Aspen Dental was wonderful. The entire staff was friendly, relaxed and welcoming. The hygienist, Mandy, was well-versed, educated and helpful and took her time in assessing my current dental needs. Dr. Baird not only knows his business inside and out, but has a fantastic sense of humor and a comforting chair-side manner. He was not afraid to be frank and thorough, while having a positive outlook on my treatment situation. Finally, the Office Manager, Vanessa, was very personable and worked diligently with me to find the best options for treatment plan payment. She gave me several payment options to choose from, and was compassionate to my financial situation. She was well-versed, not only regarding the treatment plan options, but my actual dental situation. Normally, in medical offices, all roles are compartmentalized to a tee. With Aspen Dental Owasso, I felt as though all departments actually worked in conjunction with each other, so the patient never felt like they were just getting tossed from room to room. In the end, I walked out of the office knowing that my money is well spent, and the treatment plan set out for me is the best possible scenario. I have been to my first appointment since my initial assessment visit, and the consistency I found in the Owasso office is comforting. Again, all roles were met to the highest of standards, with an excellent level of communication between departments. For the first time, I actually enjoyed being at the dentist!
