I've been a Discount Sport Nutrition customer ever since they opened their doors. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and always lets you know what works and what doesn't. Their prices are among the best in T-Town. The owner Mark is very pleasant to work with and will even let you know which product has a better value. I n the 8 plus years I've been shopping @ Discount Sport Nutrition I've never had a bad experience. I dare to say that every time I purchased what I needed at DSN, I always got more than I paid for (Great Customer service & discounts) . I also have a discount card and had it ever since it began. Every time I made a purchase I was always asked for it. Bottom Line I will continue to be a DSN customer. REMEMBER; Treat people the way you want to be treated and you'll always get great service.
Extremely Good Service and Products.
I have been buying supplements from Discount Sports Nutrition for the last year. The clerks are knowledgeable and appear to be involved in lifting not just selling whatever they can push that is being pused from the manufacturer. I like to ask questions I know the answer to in order to see what people say, so far they have not told me anything wrong. Their prices are low, hours are good and if they don't have a product they will get it for You in a timely manner. Their discount program is worth every penny i paid as my savings are real. The owner and the two clerks working are adults with manners and knowledge.
Terrible Service, Bad Management. I have had the worse experiences at this place. First, when we arrived during their normal hours of operation, the door was locked and no one was there. 10 minutes later someone showed up with his friend and his lunch. Hmmm... We have a discount card (which costs an annual fee of course) but he did not ring our items up with the discount. When we went back to get our discount, there was a "new guy" there who did not know how to fix it. I asked if he could call his manager and he said the manager was out and his cell phone was dead. I came back the next day when the manager was there (a kid who looked about 18 by the way) and he called me a liar and said I did not show my card so I could NOT receive the discount. When I told him that he was being rude for calling me a liar he told me I could get out of his store and that he could care less if he had my business. I will order my products online or go somewhere else in town next time. (By the way, the customer in front of me stormed out as well because the "manager" was being rude to him also.)
