Polite, Resvolved the problem, Got it right the first time. Justin had been to our home to assist my husband with a wireless router prior to my return from Kuwait. He was very impressed with Justin's professional attitude, so I requested him to assist with a wireless connection for my company laptop. I was not disappointed. He was polite, resolved my setup problem, and had all the necessary tools with him to get it accomplished at once. Great job!
