I used to love coming here, and I'm sure there are still good nail technicians. However, I went today and had the worst pedicure of my life. I have never reviewed a service online, but this was bad enough to share. The woman, who was wearing Addidas sweatpants and flip flops, spent all of 10 seconds scrubbing my feet. I thought I could look past that since I was short on time anyway. I did have to ask her several times to paint entire nails instead of leaving a bare stripe down one side. In addition, I was in a hurry to pick up my infant and did not notice how poorly painted my nails were until I got out to my car. I didn't have time to go back in to have them redone, so I called to let the manager know how bad it was and request a redo, and was hung up on.
