Dr. Heinz was great with our 3 kittens, they were not afraid of here or the staff in thebhospital because everybody was very calm and sweet with them

I came in close to 8 p.m., but they treated me like it was the middle of the day and were not in a hurry to leave! The vet was very knowledgable and helpful
