Great Place wiht a Great Staff. My first time to this Nail Spa Kangen was amazing. The staff was so friendly. They kept asking to make sure I was comfortable and OK. I don't trust everyone with my nails because I have had some bad experiences before. After going here I will always come back. Everything there is clean and that is something I really like. Just want to say thanks for their kind service and what a great job they do. I would recommend this place to anyone in Tulsa looking to get there nails done.

Love this place!!!!!. I'm a groupon customer for a facial massage today. This is the best place I have ever had my facial massage done. The ladies overthere are so sweet and patient. They 're communicating in english, that suprises me alot. They really respect customers, that why I aslo bought a gift card at this place for my monm. I'm a picky one and there are rarely spa could satify me, but Kangen.

The worst place ever! Do not ever go there. I had a really bad experience. I feel that it was a waste of money. I had the worst experience ever. The person that massaged me did not know how to massage. I doubt if she was certified. I felt that she was petting me. I even felt pain. I have bruises in my legs. She offered to use hot stones and she put some much pressure on me. She almost chocked my neck. She also touch me with her oily hands on my face and I had to tell her to stop. Then she made my hair oily because she was touching my head with oil at hands. She was not massaging my head. Instead she made a mess of my hair. It was disgusting. Plus the massage was supposed to last 1 hour but she finished earlier than the time she was supposed. Furthermore she kept going in and out of the room. She was interrupting the massage. She massaged my legs and then she went out for more than 5 minutes and then she came back massaged me a little bit and then went out of the room again. It was really bad. The place sucks! And when I complained to the manager she did not treat me nicely. She was really impolite and instead of apologizing she made some ridiculous excuses that the would be late for the next appointment and that it took me a long time to change clothes. This is ridiculous. I had arrived there 20 minutes earlier and they asked me to change clothes when the massage was supposed to start and then she stole 10 minutes of the massage. I drove for 2 hours to go to this place. The whole experience was bad and instead of relaxing I did not not. I was feeling stressed the whole time. DO NOT EVER GO THERE!!!!!! The lady that did the massage did not have any experience. My 15 year old sister can do a better job. Plus they were asking desperately for tip. They were so rude.

Overpriced and medicore service, and BAD customer service. If I could give this zero stars I would. I had the worst experience at this place. I went in to get a 30 minute facial. At the time I was leaving the manager asked me to tip the lady. I left the tip in the room, I told her yes and she then proceeded to yell across the salon to ask the girl who gave my facial how much I had left. I left $5 in the room only because I though I should pay her something for her time, even though I was not impressed with the service at all. The manager told me this was not enough and that 20% was minimum. I was appalled by this!! Not only did she demand a tip, but she totall embarrassed me in front of everyone, and then she insulted me. I told her that was all that I wanted to tip because I was not happy with the facial. The quality was bad, the products they used were below standards, and the lady had no license in cosmetology. She was literally choking my neck and pinching my neck nerves during the massage. I cannot believe the nerve of this woman to ASK for a tip, and then tell me that it was not enough! Very unprofessional.
