Disappointed. I was referred to Hourglass by a local car dealership to repair a minor dent. The repair took 2 weeks longer than I was initially told (5 weeks total) and I wasn't informed of the delay until I called. I found the employees to be rude and I didn't feel like the quality of the repair was very good (the gaps were uneven) and the battery was dead when I picked it up. The only time they bothered to call me was after the repair and there was confusion with the insurance and they demanded payment. I would not recommend.

First Class Bodyshop for First Class Cars. Have taken my car there several times and told many friends about . I have heard nothing but excellent service and new looking results. Will use again on my new porsche. Thanks
