Very unhappy. Horrible Experience! Rude Finance Manager - lied about contract and disposition fee.
I tried really hard to work with them to resolve the problem, but they refused to answer my calls, or emails. Also registered my complained with the BBB and I can confirm it at any time.
We worked with Jason Varner when we came into Regional Hyundai. He was very professional and not your typical pushy salesman. He did not try to push all expensive extras we did not need . He just showed us the safety features for our own safety. We ended up with the sonata Se and love it.

I found this the smoothest car purchase I have ever had. Andrew was wonderful, thorough and extremely easy to talk to. Financing (which is normally a nightmare) was flawless and again a very smooth process. Thank you for everything.

Yes, overall, the experience was a good one. Our sales person maintained touch with me via text, email and phone calls. He was responsive and the negotiation of the deal was relatively painless.
Our salesman was friendly and helpful in giving us information about the different vehicles. He checked back with us a couple of times after our initial visit and seemed very glad to see us when we returned to purchase the car. We feel like he did his best to get us a great deal!

We saw a car we wanted to test drive, contacted the dealership via the internet, got a response from Forest, told him when we could come see the car, and we came in. Forest wasn't there when we arrived, so Bill helped us instead. He spent a lot of time with us and helped us find the cars with the colors and options that we wanted.
