Yes, overall, the experience was a good one. Our sales person maintained touch with me via text, email and phone calls. He was responsive and the negotiation of the deal was relatively painless.
Our salesman was friendly and helpful in giving us information about the different vehicles. He checked back with us a couple of times after our initial visit and seemed very glad to see us when we returned to purchase the car. We feel like he did his best to get us a great deal!

We saw a car we wanted to test drive, contacted the dealership via the internet, got a response from Forest, told him when we could come see the car, and we came in. Forest wasn't there when we arrived, so Bill helped us instead. He spent a lot of time with us and helped us find the cars with the colors and options that we wanted.
