Non Existent Customer Service???. I went over to Home Depot to look at their toilets and pedestal sinks on a Saturday, so there should have been at least 1 person around to help us? Instead, I had to go 3 depts over and chase after this one guy who worked in Kitchen designing. So he called another associate from some other dept who came over to tell me that he couldn't help us, but would have to check to see if the guy in Windows & Frames would step in to help us? We waited around for 20 mins longer, but they never came back? Then we looked around the store and I kid you not; there must have been about 5 employees in the whole store and most of them were standing around up front talking to each other instead of helping customers with merchandise. This is the second time I have been over there this year and probably the last. Their customer service is NON EXISTENT!!

FYI I went to Lowes in Bixby, Ok today to do the same thing and was immediately assisted by a very helpful and knowledgeable sales associate. We bought $821 worth of bathroom necessities from Lowes simply because we had some decent customer service that was readily available to assist us with our needs.

CUB CADET MOWERS ARE TRASH. Bought a Cub Cadet 1050 riding mower from these folks, its not their fault (HOME DEPOT) BUT Cub Cadet is building TRASH these days. STAY CLEAR of Cub Cadet if you want to keep your sanity. This thing is just over a year old and I have had to load it up by pushing it and take it back twice in a year because it will NOT START.

I have titanium knees and titanium in my spine and puching a riding mower a half acre to load it is about impossible. This thing has left me in a bad fix now twice and I have to wait for it to be shipped to TEXAS for repair again. THEY ARE GOING TO KEEP IT THIS TIME.
