Good job painting. We have used John Bensen for painting of our home's exterior and interior. He and his team did very good job. His estimates were very competitive. We also have used John Bensen for handy work and were satisfied with his job. John allowed us to hold back 10% of payment every single time, which allowed us to ensure complete satisfaction. We had some minor issues with appointments but those were sorted out.
Christian, hardworking & honest..
1st of all Mr Benson is a man of good character. His contracting business is my idea of the best deal in town! Benson & Associates is affordable & honest. When estimating our home repair job he educated me on the best way to do things He could have added unnecessary costs here & there to inflate the bottom line. He could have & I would never have known the difference, but he did not.
I am very happy with the improvements he made on our property and cmpletely comfortable doing business with him.
As a christian member of the community, you will find no kinder or giving human I have called on Mr. Benson to help our ministry with labor projects & he has even brought others with him to volunteer.
I would not hesitate to employ Mr. Benson at any time.
BEST PAINTER EVER!!.
I had multiple painters come to bid on painting my house. Benson & Associates' bid was WAY less than anyone else. Then, after he realized that he had underbid due to a misunderstanding and that I was expecting more painting than he had anticipated, I offered to pay more, but John honored his original bid. They then did an excellent job and even offered to patch parts of my walls for no extra charge!
After experiences with far too many dishonest contractors that have taken my money and run before finishing the job, I can't say enough about how grateful I am for an honest, hardworking contractor. I have already referred him to many of my good friends, who have also said wonderful things about him. Have no doubt about hiring him for anything you need - he is excellent!
badjob123 must just be bitter about life.
Good group of Christian coontractors. The guys were good. They cared about us as people and didn't charge us as much as we thought just like we were told. badjob 123 was probaly an idiot. Good prices and we told our neighbor about them.
Bad Job. If you are looking for a good job...go elsewhere. Cost me a fortune and I had to have others come back and fix the mistakes.
Thank you Clay Post. We told him this stucco repair would not match exactly due to fading on his home from the sun. We also removed moldy sheetrock, re-sheetrocked his dining room, remediated for mold, textured his walls, and repainted whole room including trim never painted from construction as well as climbing onto his high dollar roof to repair minor cracks in his stucco we did not feel were necessary to fix. we filled them and blended but the coloring was a little off. We offered to paint the surface as we commonly do for next to nothing. He was afraid it would look "painted". We charged him $800 for two days work. We could have finished it for less than $100, but he decided he wanted to contact the "builder" or some other professional for a second opinion. His insecurity was very un-nerving and would you expect another contractors opinion to be, "no let him finish, he did a good job".
God Bless
