Excellent Service. I must say that I have always been impressed with Rove Pest Control. The technicians are always friendly and always make sure I have been taken care of. We have needed to use them on occasion for extra services, but they have always been prompt about returning. I would recommend them to anyone.

Decent company. (read all) A nice kid came by and asked if we'd like to sign up with Rove. I said okay and I was going to be billed in such a way that whenever they came out they'd charge my card but that was the extent of it. There was no contract or anything like that. And yet, suddenly I do have a contract with them because when I canceled service (just didn't like their customer service, they were hard to reach/return calls) they sent me a bill for 178.20 for an early terminartion fee. This wasn't supposed to be a contract, and yet they put me in one. However, after contacting the owner by e-mail the situation was resolved in a very respectful manner. Apparently, the young man who came by, it was his first time to sign someone up so he didn't correctly follow procedure to show me I had signed up for a contract. I learned Rove will accomdate people who do want to "pay as you go." So, in the end, this is a decent company with areas in need of improvement just like any other.

DON'T USE ROVE!!!!!!!. They came by my house saying they had one slot left for their spring treatment and they would give me a half off discount to fill that spot. It was a year contract at $70 a visit and they did the worst job ever! Still had bugs in our yard and ticks in the back yard. When I called and told them I still had problems with ticks they were rude, and when the guy came out to spray I told him what I was told on the phone and he all but called me a lier. Save your money and use another service or buy your pest control supply at your local hardware store!!!

Great Pest Control. Rove Pest Control has been servicing our house for over five years. I appreciate the quick responses and return trip for free if requested - without question. Ask for Roger as your technician. He is very professional and does a great job.

Rove Pest Control Review. Rove Pest Control has been servicing our house for over three years now. Their professionalism and outstanding technicans are without question. I also appreciate the quick responses and return trip for free if requested - without question. I especially appreciate the fine work of Roger. This is truly a customer service oriented company. Others can learn from them.
