Worst customer service

If you are looking for competent and knowledgeable people who can help you with the purchase of a tanning bed or replacement bulbs for the bed you already own, don't visit this establishment. I took the brand name and numbers from the bulbs in my tanning bed and asked to purchase something similar. I should have known something was up when the guy who helped took 15 minutes and 3 trips to the back room to figure out which ones to sell me. I purchased them. I loaded them into my truck by myself. It was raining and I guess he didn't want the massive amount of hairspray on his head to melt. I got them home, they were the wrong bulbs. I took a bulb from my tanning bed back to the store so they could get me the right ones. I was told they didn't have them, but could get them from the manufacturer. Two days later, they tell me they can't get the manufacturer to call them back and maybe if I tried to contact them I would have better luck. I know how I will have better luck. I'm going to get my money back and shop elsewhere.
