Worst Customer Service Ever. I have chosen to deal with WSFCU for a second loan only because of their rates. I was forced to deal with Tammy (I think her last name is Sexton) both times I have applied for a loan there. My credit is about as good as it gets and I have been approved for both loans there, so I am not disgruntled for being rejected or anything like that. It's how my wife and I were treated. The receptionist at the front is bad enough to have to deal with, but if you choose to do business with WSFCU please take my advice and ask to speak with anyone other than Tammy. Just today I had to call and leave a message for Tammy because she will never call to acknowledge that they have received your application and give you a time line on how long the process may take or what other steps may need to be taken. I knew she would not call me back from my previous motorcycle loan experience with her, so my wife and I stopped by to speak with her. She left us setting in the lobby for over half an hour without even acknowledging we were there. Once she did finally take the time to speak with us, she was very rude and acted as though we were an inconvenience for her. I work as a sales manager, so I know that customers make a business. Tammy should learn to treat her customers as though her job depends on their satisfaction instead of act like she is doing her customers a favor for simply being courteous. Once again, if it was not for their rates, I would not do business with them at all simply because the way we were treated by Tammy.
