In Short – Towering twin stallions and carved wood screens add majesty and mystery to this stylish restaurant, where well-dressed patrons sip martinis at the bar and families with children feast around large tables or in spacious booths. The menu gives Chinese classics a contemporary tweak; dishes are artfully presented, with many sauces made tableside by servers. Signature plates include diced chicken wrapped in cool lettuce leaves, orange-peel beef with chili peppers, and wok-fried scallops with lemon sauce.
Fun dining for the group if you've got the time and appetite

P. F. Chang's, while part of a chain (I admit to an inherrent distrust of cookie-cutter chain restaurants), is a fun restaurant -- especially if you go with a group. I would recommend dining with a group so everyone can sample a variety of dishes.
Even though P. F. Chang's is a chain, the food is very good to excellent and doesn't taste ordinary. The menu is quite extensive, so be prepared to spend plenty of time browsing the choices. I would definitely order an appetizer. The chicken lettuce bundles are especially good if you've got a crowd. For the entrees, I am partial to the seafood dishes. Be careful with the spicy dishes -- there have been a couple of times I've ordered spicy dishes that poured on the heat a little too thickly (and I am not someone who is averse to heat). Be prepared for the condiments they bring as dipping sauces, which include a couple of dipping sauces and vinegar so you can adjust the sauce to your personal taste. I have to admit, however, that I almost never use the sauces. The foods are always sufficiently flavorful for my tastes without having to add on.
Be sure to have hot tea. P. F. Chang's offers a good variety of teas, and it's served up piping hot in a personal iron tea kettle.
Service is friendly, and usually quite efficient. I have never found my servers to be cloying or annoying. The only downside is the LONG waits during peak periods. P. F. Chang's is not recommended for pre-concert dining on weekends -- you can expect a wait of 30 minutes or longer.
The restaurant is beautiful with its statuary and comfortable seating. The lighting effectively makes the restaurant seem more intimate than it is, given its size. Seating is very comfortable, and you're not crowded. Be prepared for noise at busy times.
- Pros: Good food, good location in Utica Square, extensive menu
- Cons: It's a chain. Be prepared for LONG waits at peak times.
Fantastic hostess , chefs,and waitstaff

Food is so great!! Even if you are eating healthy, there are fantastic options for you here! I have never had a bad experience,i.e:food quality, waitstaff quality, service! Very Vegan-friendly,and they will even cook to your specified wants and/or needs, just tell them your specifications(no oil, salt, seasonings, gluten, etc)
They treat you like royality, like you are a regular person, not a customer or table number! And the chefs are so precise! We must give the chefs a hand, since they are the ones actually preparing our food items.
I recommend the shanghai noodles, cucumbers, Buddahs feat, or seared tuna(being health-concious). My husband looves the orange-peel chicken.
You will not be dissapointed!
Ohh yes, make sure to share The Wall Of Chocolate dessert, or else you must have a gigantic appetite!!
- Pros: Knowlegable waitstaff,quick service,excellent food
- Cons: MUST have reservations
Good for group dining and parties

I like this place, but it isn't my favorite Asian location.
The open atmosphere can make it difficult to hear conversations across tables.
The service is great, the food is very good, the price is fair.
As chain restaurants go, this is one of the better ones.
- Pros: Tasty food
- Cons: Noisy
