Despite what these reviews say, my wife and I were pleasantly surprised at how great it was. The kids had an excellent time as well as it being inexpensive. The comments below describe a hot, crowded, and expensive place to bring your children, but it's not true. We paid $41.92 for a large pizza, 4 drinks, and 90 tokens (which lasted us WAY longer than I thought). Each game requires only 1 token, so it really lasts.

The employees were friendly, the atmosphere was nice, and it was much cheaper than I expected.

I would recommend it as a place to take your children.

Awful!. We took our boys there to celebrate our youngest turning 3. We weren't surprised to see the place crowded, and were pleasantly surprised that there were a lot of empty and clean seating areas. However, that was the ONLY plus. The place is under construction with no visible warning signs anywhere to be seen. Although, it didn't look like dangerous construction areas. There is black plastic hanging from floor to ceiling all over the place. Most of the toddler area toys/games were out of order only leaving the climbing toy left to play on. Then onto the older kids' play room--several of those games wer out of order too leaving long lines to those that did work. The ski ball machines were missing most of the balls making your game playing time a waste! The food was edible, but I've had much better pizza for that price! The soda fountain area was a nightmare! The automatic icemaker was leaking and dripping water everywhere. If you sat anything down, it was going to get soaked! I got drinks twice and never once saw an employee cleaning it. The employees were so inattentive while we tried to get the kids' prizes because they were too busy teasing each other by holding the doors shut on each other. I am so thankful that I didn't reserve a party there! If I had, I would have SO asked for a discount. With that many out of order machines, littler kids just couldn't have any fun! I won't be going back until that place can get their act together. It would have been nice to have been notified that many of the machines were out of order before spending all that money!

Way too crowded, hot, not a good experience for my son's 5th birthday party. First of all, we got there early as they suggested. Our table wasn't even set up yet, so we hung out for a bit and then my guests start arriving. Table is still not cleared off. It was also SO crowded in there and there was a line out the door of people waiting to get in. I'm sure the amount of people in that place with one exit was against fire code. Speaking of fire, it must have been 85 degrees in the place. My guests were terribly uncomfortable and most left early. We were supposed to have a "dedicated hostess", nope. I had to ask for everything (cups, plates), she was never around when we needed her. I was going to tip her fairly well if she'd helped me with the party, but she didn't so I didn't leave her a dime other than the $140 for the miserable party. The place was trashed too--food all over the place and WAY WAY too many people. I was disgusted and definitely won't be going back. My son had fun, but they skipped him during the birthday song, which was not cool.

AWESOME EMPLOYEE. During my visit to chuck e. cheese i especially noticed one hard worker. I believe her name was Rachel but she was moving around cleaning so fast i didnt get a chance to read her name tag. She was wearing a blue shirt though. As i watched her enjoying work I noticed no one was helping her. I dont think thats fair. She is the reason me and my 2 children will visit chuck e cheese again and the reason i took the time to type this.

thank you for your time

Ashley

Brightly colored surroundings and loud music sung by large mechanical critters make for kid-pleasing pizza parties.. In Short
Part arcade, part playground, part children's theater, this theme restaurant entertains children as much as it feeds them. Rated-G video games and auto-racing simulators provide an interactive counterpoint to the bigger-than-life singing animal robots. The playground, a huge collection of multicolored plastic balls and elevated Sky Tubes, lets grownups breathe while energized tykes dive and climb. Aside from pizza, the limited menu has grilled sandwiches, hot dogs and for dessert, cotton candy.

Avoid If AT All Possible. First, Let me make one thing very very clear: I have no problem with CEC. When you really look at the big picture, CEC is entertaining. I DO HAVE A MAJOR PROBLEM WITH THE FILTH. This place is germ central! The toys, games, rides are not sanitized. I kid you not, my little ones hands were black with dirt when we left. I even saw a kid gag and this was not cleaned, I was sick. Please, if at all possible avoid taking your children to this place. Or, go equipped with your own disinfecting solution. PEACE
