cheap and grat!. most of my cut are great! i had one stylist that i have used twice now she can cut some hair better than the master stylist at jcp and went there for years still do for perms and stuff. but they are amazing . had one bad hair cut i asked for below the shoulder 5inch off and she took it to above the shoulders about an inch so yeah you can get a bad one. i would say which one it was but my mom love her and likes her cuts so ..... it was a geat short cut but not what i wanted and it shocked me to see all my hair gone

Two thumbs up.. I go there all the time to get my hair cut. I've even been voted best hair before. The people there are very nice and you feel at home in the environment. They always do a good job with my hair and it is super cheap. I have no complaints at all. And for the other lady that put a review, people make mistakes, maybe thay just misunderstood her. Any hair salon could do that. They are only human.

avoid it. My friend recommended this place. They totaly ruined my hair. They cut 12" off my hair from my waist to above my shoulders. They were only to cut off 7" to just below the bra strapexcuse me but my br strap is not around my neck. Not only that my friends pointed out that my hair is 1" shorter on the right side than the left side and the back is not at all straight. It is shorter in the back than the sides. What a total Screw up. I cannot cut it to correct it cause it is way too short. They admited the mistake but it is too late now my georgous hair is gone. I was so horrified. It was cut from the back so I did not notice what she had done till I stood up and looked in the mirror. I went back the next day and talked to the manager. There is nothing they can do now but they did return my check since they knew they made a mistake. Big deal the cut was only $6. My hair ment more to me than that. I gave it to Pantene hair for cancer victoms but was not happy about it. I still wanted hair to my elbows not above my neck. The only comments I get now is "it is SOOOO short and it looks like a high school cut and it is not even. Thanks
