They lie and make you sign a gigantic two to three year contract. They care absolutely nothing about the customer - and the in-store person tells you it's one price - when you get the bill it's a ton more!!!!! And you are stuck for year's. OMG. They have horrific customer service. And they won't let you cancel - their option is to MAKE pay $800 to cancel - ridiculous!!!! Buyer Beware!!!!

Great Tan. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I love the tanning beds and the bulbs are very good.

Love ATB. We love the salon, the hours, and of course the staff!! They are always so helpful and help find the lotion that works best for me. aka CT Seven. Great Lotion!!!

ATB Tanning. I've read some other bad reviews, but my experience has been nothing but good. I'm on the cheapest monthly plan

$27 unlimited tanning. I've never had to wait for more than 4 or 5 minutes, and that was an exception. Usually I'm in and out in less than 30 minutes with a 20 min session.

I go later at night, so maybe I miss the crowds, but I'd recommend it. Very friendly staff too.

Thanks for the heads-up!. Thank you so much for these reviews. I just moved to the Tulsa area and have been looking for a decent place to tan. I will be sure to stay as far away as possible from this place!! I hope others see these reviews before walking in there

Love Tanning Here. The employees are always so helpful. I work late so the hours ATB offers works perfect with my schedule.

STAY AWAY!!!. I've read a ton of reviews on here about At the Beach and wish I had read them before I went in. I just casually stopped by one day because my normal place was closed and they talked me into signing a year contract. The sales person was unrealistically pushy and promised me things that I did not get. When I brought that up they told me that he didn't work there anymore and there was nothing they could do. What ever. So I've already come to terms with the fact that I will have to finish out my contract but once its done I'm out of there. Assuming they let me, I've heard horror stories abou that too. I haven't met one person in Tulsa who is happy with the service they've received from these people. Also, if you think you are going to get to tan without a sales pitch about some new product EVERY TIME YOU GO IN, you're kidding yourself. Its like going to a car dealership everytime you want a 20 minute tan. Ridiculous. If I could say anything its AVOID THIS PLACE

DONT EVER STEP FOOT IN THIS PLACE!!. Do yourself and never get involved with this company. They are absolute crooks. We have been trying to get them to stop billing us for months after our bs contract ran out, but it never fails that every month we get charged. And to deal with the morons that work there to try to get the situation resolved is like pissing in the wind. I think one of pre-requisites to work there is to have your brain sucked out of skull. I am typically a very mellow person, but this place has taken me to my breaking point and beyond. If you want to tan look for a small company that actually prides itself on customer service and doesnt try to rip you off. If your in the Broken Arrow area I suggest Casa Del Sol, they are very nice and will take care of you.
