Service is awful. I wish I had never signed up for this place. You spend more time waiting to tan than actually tanning. They always tie up the front trying to sign up someone new, while those of us that have paid wait and wait and wait. They also want to take your fingerprint everytime you go, so they can make sure it is really you. That ties up the front even more because they only have one computer to do everything! I am sure flashing my driver's license would be a whole lot faster. I have never been there when I didn't have to wait for at least 15 minutes. The staff is very inefficient. You get a sense that this is the usual service as most other customers waiting are rolling their eyes and nodding their heads. The staff is either totally clueless or indifferent to the whole situation. They are neither rude nor friendly - just there. I don't blame the staff - it's obvious they were poorly trained and the people that own this place should be ashamed. The owners are the ones who really stink. You will know what I mean if you have the misfortune of entering this business.

dont waste your time!!!!!!!. Not only dirty-they are scam artists. You are not buying tanning or a workout agreement the gal working tried 4 different ways just to get me to sign a contract. Telling me I had to sign a waiver to tan. I believe the police or District Attorney shoudl check into this. Its just not right. Its worse then the most stereotyped car salesmen ever.

NEVER SIGN ANYTHING!!!!!! THEY WILL TRICK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!. These people are the WORST I have ever dealt with. They filled out my contract AFTER I signed it, they never gave me a copy of it, then... come to find out that they filled it in as 24 months. So now they want me in this stupid contract for 2 years... HAH! NO FRIKIN WAY! I went and I got the spray tan. 1) I was orange 2) I was VERY blotchy 3) They failed to tell me that their sprayers were clogged...... ::THANKS:: ...... So then I looked like an oompa loompa. When I went in to tell them that i was very unhappy with my service, one girl at the front laughed under her breath that i was blotchy. I DIDNT APPRECIATE THAT AT ALL!.They are all rude. Their Corporate office is no help at all. I dont remember the womens name that I talked to but she was very RUDE! For your own good- DONT EVER GO TO AT THE BEACH TANNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

RUN RUN RUN. I would give them no stars if that was a raiting that I could make happen. HORRIBLE bait and switch wanting a long commitment only the beds were like they had ceiling bulbs in the beds no color at all never will go back

RUN AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!. Don't even walk in the door to the "many" locations of this tanning salon. They have stores in Tulsa, Kansas, Colorado and Missouri!!! They lie, cheat & steal to get you to sign a contract and then alter the contract after you sign it to reflect a 36 MONTH at $59.99 contract.

Piper and Cindy Stuart are the most unethical people I have ever encountered. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Run away!!! This business needs to be closed and are only out for confusing young women and a few young men, that don't know any better. They will even sign them up for a 3 year contract even if they are not 18 years old !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

At the Beach. The worst experience ever! Went in to get a couple of months tanning, came out with a 2 yr contract. A young girl who did not understand the contract herself sold it to me. She told me that I could cancel it with a 30 day notice. UH, NO! When I called the company the accountant told me she was "sorry:)" but there was nothing she could do...When I asked to speak with the supervisor, she said there was none, just her. I called back and asked for the owner and was told by Monica Jackson at the home office that the accountant is the boss and she tells the owner,Hoyle Belt, what to do. This is the worst place with the most unfriendly staff. They can't wait to get you in and take advantage of you!

Most Unethical Company Ever Encountered On This Planet. This company will do ALL they can to PRESSURE you into a legally

binding contract for an EXTENDED duration of time, and will NOT let

you cancel your contract EVEN if you had a severe medical

emergency. Despite letters from a professional doctor taking care

of me, they have sent my bill to a credit collection agency. They

are the epitome of unethical, unmoral, greedy, and insidious business

practices. I strongly advise everyone to not only avoid this company

at all costs but also tell EVERYONE you know who is looking for a

tanning place to NEVER step in the door here. It is similar to a

used car dealership -- they will do all they can to get you to sign a

contract without going over every little detail. They are clearly

deceiving the consumer. Not only that, but in the event that you

may be very injured on the job or suffer an extreme mental illness

that requires hospitalization they will STILL not let you cancel.
