Appears to be an honest company

I have not done any service with this company but when talking to them on the phone they gave me their diagnostic rates. I asked if it was worth fixing based on the TV and the symptoms. They said that it is not worth repair. I would consider this to be a sign of an honest company to deal with when they will forfiet their diagnostic fee and honestly tell you that it is not worth it.

I own all pro audio and TV. We are factory authorized service on over 32 manufactures and product lines. This would not be possible if we did not provide proffesional service. The previous review may have been done by a unhappy employee I dismissed about this time. if not the customer did not say what the basiss for his compliant was other than we did not return call's. I alway's return call's. As far as the caller I.D. problem. We moved back in November 07, I can not speak for the phone company. We are listed in the phone book. the address provided by the person. is not correct. The phone number is however.
Some customers feel they should be #1 and should be set before everyone else. We take our customers on first come first serve basiss . Sometimes parts are on back order through the manufacture we have no control over that also in some casses parts are no longer available on brand new product. These are things that we cannot control. We are a very busy shop. I am out on service call's 3 out of five days. I am always accessable by cell. My office manager can provide that phone # to whoever may need it. Sometimes regardless of what you do you cannot satify everyone. We have no complaints with the business bureau in 7 years of doing business
Not Recommended. Avoid

Cannot recommend. Lack of professional and business-like behavior, as well as, lack of technical knowledge. The individual operating under this name, Mike Roberts, also illustrates a lack of integrity. After he takes possession of your property (to take "into the shop" in order to repair it), he will not return calls to advise the status or otherwise. If you are able to get him to answer the phone, he will avoid providing any information. Exhibits every appearance of being dishonest. D&B information indicates that "All-Pro Audio & TV Service" was started in 2002, with one employee (Mike Roberts), with the address listed in Sand Springs, OK (telephone 918-241-2290). It appears to currently operate from 8508 E 24th St, Tulsa, OK 74129 (telephone, 918-632-0800). The name, Kairo Augustine, appears as the Caller ID. No integrity. Avoid.
- Cons: Generally poor in all areas.
