Um...I'm still confused.
I went to Popeye's today. I went to the order screen and he said can I take your order. I asked "Do you that 1.99 special." And he answered. "Nah, baby we ain't got no 1.99 special but we got a 10 piece for 10.99." After that I decided that I didn't want that special. I said. "That's find then I don't want anything. As I drove off he was screaming outside the window to come back. I proceeded to leave wondering what the hack had just happened.
I love Popeye's chicken but not this location, or the worker here.
Popeyes. I work for them for a long time and they wouldnt do people like that trust me
Don't Eat Here!!!!. I sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes before a rude voice told me that they would get to me in a minute. I decided that it might be quicker to park and go inside. Big mistake! There were at least 4 people waiting for their food and the employee who was supposed to be taking orders was too busy playing and joking around with the other employees. The soda machine was broken, but I wasn't told until after I finally ordered my food. When my order was finally ready, I asked for honey and she rolled her eyes and sighed before very slowly walking back to the cooking area to retrieve 2 packets of honey . Then I reminded her that I ordered an extra biscuit. More eye rolling. I said something about the soda machine being broken and as I walked out, I could hear her and other employees saying "Get some water, b*tch!" We got water, b*tch!!" Unbelievable.
Cajun-inspired chicken and biscuits chain proffers classic Southern favorites, seafood, sides and desserts with a tangy twist..
In Short
This Cajun-style fast food restaurant first opened in New Orleans in 1972 and has since achieved domestic and international fame for its flavorful mild and spicy chicken. In addition to the storied buttermilk biscuits, seafood menu items range from fried popcorn shrimp and shrimp snack "Craver Paks" to chicken sausage jambalaya, catfish baskets and shrimp etouffee. More festive Louisiana regional fare--think red beans and rice, and Mardi Gras cheesecake--rounds out the menu.
