Slum Lord. Oh yeah, I got something to say about Perry freaking properties. I've lived in a Perry apartment for under a year now. I've had my plumbing backed up and flood my carpet twice. I have had it rain INSIDE my apartment from the ceiling while it was raining outside so bad that I was draining a 15 gallon cooler every 20 minutes, not to mention the pots and pans and anything I could find to put in every room. The water even filled the light fixtures on the ceiling but no-one responded to my calls for several days. I'm not joking here.

There was mold growing really big on my carpet by the time it was ripped out. It must take an act of congress to get Perry to fix anything once its broke. Once my carpet was ripped out they laid down ONE coat of nasty brown paint, which is all scuffed up and rugged looking.

No eviction notices or warnings for late rent, you get threatened with a lawsuit in small claims court. Slum Lord doesn't even begin to describe Perry Properties. Every time it rains, it leaks into my water heater closet and comes into my apartment. I HATE it here so bad its hard to find the words.

I had a neighbor standing in his window flash me his genitalia , which was hanging out of his "to small for his frame" panties.... yes female panties, acting like he was just putting the blinds down. My car has been hit with no note or insurance, there is a huge spider problem on the premises, the wall furnace is uncontrollable in the winter, and did I mention a pervert neighbor flashed me his junk. No discretion to whom they rent, Perry Properties suck. DO NOT RENT!
