Bad Internet Sales Experience 05 Acura RL.
I traveled 80 miles to look at 05 Acura RL listed on there Internet site.Salesman said this car was check out by the service department and in excellent condition.
When I looked under the car I found a bad differential fluid leak.This would heaved been a major repair. There is no way any service department could have missed that leak. Salesman said As Is at the Internet promotional price.
Horrible Customer Service.
Ferguson Ponica has horrible customer service, by both their car salesmen and the managers. We were told by two different people that we would hear back from them shortly, and "we'll be able to help you". They sent us a letter and that's why we went to them... we should've taken our time and gone somewhere else. They said they would do something, and didn't follow through. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...even for car salesmen.
