Arnies Bar. Hey, lets talk about a fun place to go with great service and music thats killer! These guys get it! I've been going to Arnies for four or five years, since moving to Tulsa, and its a great hole in the wall with personality plus! I've read a review from the guy whinning about poor service...my guess is several bars around town get the same non-sense from the same loser. Pay your tab, tip generously, and just have fun. This place gets killer reviews year in and year out...there is a reason for that! Go Arnies!!!!

Arnies: Best little Irish bar around!. Whenever my friends come to town, it's the first place they want to go. For my in-town friends, it's the place we go most often for casual drinks, good conversation, and to meet and mix with some of Tulsa's most fun and interesting people (all ages, always). Thanks, Arnie's, for great times! And special events there rock, too!

Extremely Poor Customer Service. A perfect example of how NOT to deal with customers. While trying to close my tab on a particulary busy evening, the bartender, unbeknownst to me at the time, double swiped my credit card. On the following Monday, I noticed the double charges on my bank account and called Arnie's in order to remedy the error. I did not believe this error was intentional because of the large crowd that evening. When I phoned them, the "customer service representative" argued with me and claimed that I had made both charges. She told me that I was "probably too drunk to remember both charges." A friendly phone call that was made to quickly remedy what I believed to be an honest mistake quickly escalated to an argument in which my integrity was questioned. She told me that even if I wasn't too drunk to know better, I should have done a better job of watching the bartender swipe my card. Anyone familiar with the layout of the bar knows that this is difficult even on a slow day as the credit card machine is located on a shelf behind and below the bar and the bartender has to bend over it in order to swipe the card. Regardless, the staff at Arnie's Bar seem to have a mentality that they are doing YOU, the customer, a favor by serving you drinks. They don't realize that the foundation of any successful customer oriented business is the exact opposite. I would encourage anyone to send Arnie's Bar a message by not frequenting their establishment until they realize that they are only allowed to thrive as long as we, the customers, allow. The old adage that the customer is ALWAYS right is as true today as it has even been.

Small down town bar. Small place but not to small. During the day its quite and a good place to relax after work. Weekends can get packed after 10pm if a good band plays. Within walknig distance of a few other bars if it sucks. Don't expect to dance its too small.

Always worth a look. Sometimes the bar can be off the hook. The small size means that things wouldn't take long to get hopping. Even if quiet, it would be worth sipping a Half and Half. If downtown, always stop in and take a look, never know, and at Arnie's it will never hurt.

Neighborhood type bar. This is a converted art deco gas station. It has a wide range of people that come here. Most are the after work, on the way home crowd. Made up of a couple of rooms the atmosphere is some what quiet for a bar. A big screen TV, pool table and a free shuffle board table make for good entertainment if you didn't bring your own. The out door beer garden makes for a great place for one on one coversation.
