Convienent, Not informative. Based off an average smoke shop, you come in grab a pack of cigs and leave, they do well. But when you first walk into the place they give you this feeling the store could be robbed at any moment. Mostly due to the fact they are hidden behind a wall of half sheet rock, and possibly thick steel, and half reinforced plexy-glass about a 6" depth. Also a very noticable 1-way metal box about waist level. But when they recieve new items, such as an e-cigarette (Electric Cigarette) for example they failed miserably to gather any useful information much less have any for of detailed information or where to get the information at. For all they know I could be smoking flavored rat poison. They were lacking so much information about this product that they couldnt even find the product's name. All they really knew is that it has a sweet brass taste and that they are shipped from china, in which case it doesnt even have a sticker "Made in China" anywhere on it so thankfully I now know its shipped from China, but as far as how to properly prepare it or operate it they could not give me any instructions. But if you want something that isnt new to them they are great like any other smoke shop in town, just without the knowledge.
